What should I do in case I receive a damaged/faulty or the wrong product from Kitabread.com? If you found that there is something incorrect with the product(s) or you got the wrong product(s) shipped by Kitabread.com, we will surely do everything to the contribution you. If a product ordered by you on Kitabread.com was delivered to you in a damaged/faulty condition, please contact us at email@example.com or call us at +92(307 7278389) for an extra. We will also have the defective/injured book picked up from you at no additional cost.
What is the 6 Days Extra Guarantee?
All products sold on Kitabread.com are enclosed under our 6 days extra guarantee. If you got the wrong product or the product(s) you got is damaged/faulty, please let us know inside 6 days of distribution in order for us to cash you or replace the item with no extra cost. How do I stop an order on Kitabread.com? Also, how do I return a product ordered on Kitabread? If you cancel your order before your product has been sent, we will repayment the entire amount. Please note that for imported edition products you cannot cancel after one week since order placed in that time we have already given the order to dealer abroad which we are then unable to cancel. If you cancel your order after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following: 1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, directly contact Customer Support and inform them about annulment. 2. If you already received the product, it will be qualified for spare, only in cases where there are flaws found with the product(s) or it’s the wrong product(s) brought. Please refer to the 6 Days Replacement Guarantee stated above.
